Working in healthcare is still rewarding!

Volunteers still interested in healthcare I applaud your decision and determination. There aren't too many professions where you can make both a living and a difference in the lives of another human being on a daily basis. While the high-stress levels and physician/nursing/student burnout rates(PBS) may deter some of you from graduating and/or working in a field of healthcare, let me assure you that the rewards you will receive when your patient opens their eyes to see that your surgical team healed their problem is priceless. Personally witnessing the parent's expressions after our team has successfully completed surgery on their child is amazing,
