June 1-12, 2016 is Volunteers’ Week

June 1-12, 2016 is Volunteers’ Week!  It is an annual event that celebrates the contributions made by millions of volunteers across the UK. It’s operated by NCVO in partnership with Volunteer Development Scotland, Volunteer Now (Northern Ireland) and Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
One of our UK favorite charities is the "Friends of East Surrey Hospital". East Surrey Hospital is located at Canada Avenue RH1 5RH, RH1 5 Redhill, United Kingdom. On Thursday, June 9 at 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM in UTC+01, if you help care or look after a family member, partner, friend or colleague who could not manage without your help, this Career Event may be for you.
The event is meant to encompass all those dedicated altruistic individuals that care for someone who could not manage without them due to illness, frailty, disability, mental health and drug or alcohol problems.
